Refund Policy

Subscription Refunds

At FrankFx, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a refund request to support@frankfx.com with a detailed explanation of why you are dissatisfied with the service.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available for first-time subscribers within the first 7 days of their initial subscription. Renewal payments and subscription upgrades are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Process

Once we receive your refund request, our team will review it and respond within 3 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@frankfx.com. Cancellation will stop future billing, but you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we determine that the service has been used extensively during the refund period or if there is evidence of abuse of our refund policy.
